During the country presentation between Italian and Algerian companies Giovanni Ottati President of Confindustria Assafrica & Mediterraneo said how important it is to invest in Algeria for three main reasons:
- The private sector is young and dynamic and willing to invest and producing in Algeria insted of importing good and services from abroad
- Italy and Algeria have a long standing and succesful cooperation in the petrolchemical which is yet the primary sector to extend to other business
- Algeria has excellent relationships with neighbor countries such as Lybia, Tunisia and Sahel region.
